In the past, EliteXC has been late to finalize shows and the end result has been a short turnaround time to sell tickets to its live events.
However, it’s looks like the promotion is learning from past mistakes as tickets for CBS’ Saturday Night Fights III on Oct. 4 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. at the BankAtlantic Center are already on sale through Ticketmaster outlets.
While the card has yet to be finalized, EliteXC announced during Saturday Night Fights II this past weekend that both Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson and Gina Carano will be returning to action during the event.

LOL. I just hope they both are not given cans. I want to see Kimbo fight Rogers and Carano fight the he/she Cyborg. And if this show does anything close to what it did ratings way last show. I doubt we will ever see Elite on CBS again. Well actually they will probably own them by then so it is a possibility.
This show will make elite some money in tickets at least cause this event is sure to sell out down here. I think if Kimbos gonna fight Rogers this would be the show to do it at it would be such a hostile crowd in Kimbos favor and I think it would help him alot in the confidence department. Either way I think this might be the last chance for EXC on CBS if they dont get huge ratings its gonna be a wrap so they better come with some title fights on top of Kimbo ,Carano, Noons vs Diaz would be a great addition thats if KJ will accept the fight
I don't think I'd buy tickets to an event I don't have any idea of what any of the fights are going to be. So far the card is just 2 of their stars fighting TBAs. You have to announce at least a main event for the event when tickets start going on sale.
