Hendo would not beat Franlin? I dunno man, I would put money on Hendo over Franklin and give someone odds on it as well.
Filho and Kang? Kang is a world class K-1 kickboxer, how does he not beat Franklin? Filho i probably the best MW in the world, he would beat Franklin as well. Franklin is top 5 at MW in the world and the 4 guys ahead of him I strongly feel would all beat him (and have felt this way LONG before the A. Silva fight).

I am not writing Rich off, how is calling him #6 in the world with the fighters ahead if him being:
1.Filho
2.Silva
3. Hendo
4.Lindland
5. Kang
writing him off? Those fighters I have above him are all world class fighters, I don't get your logic behind your accusatgion that putting Franklin behind those fighters would be blatant ignorance.
I had him at #5 before but with this loss I would have to put Kang in front of him now as Kang is a world class striker and Rich would look to stand and exchange so therefore, IMO he would lose, hence Shogun being outstruck by the Snake. Shogun is a phenomenal striker, one of the very best but was no match for K-1 kickboxing, those guys have laser guided accuracy.
I think Rich will return and do very well in the UFC and possibly regain the title but if he is to regain it I think it is going to hve to come at the hands of a different champion.
Also your comment about FIlho being undefeated and so what... Well Leben was undefeated before he fought A. Silva and I did not have him anywhere near the top 10. it is not about record, it is about skill and Filho posesses mass amounts of it.

Hmm Anderson Silva's a former Chute Boxe Academy and PRIDE fighter, but he's the UFC MW champ right now.

Bustamante
And Chonan's sweeping heel hook on (I think Yves Edwards) was AWESOME, one of the best submission victories ever. But I think Franklin would beat him.

Everyone says, I'm not writing him off, blah blah blah. If not then where were these threads before he got beat? I mean come on....give the guy a break...2 losses. A fight is a fight and anything could happen when you are at this skill level. You can't say that anyone would definately beat anyone.
