Affliction 2 dubbed Day of Reckoning, scheduled for October, 11-th has just been officially announced. Moreover the main event clash between two heavyweights has also been revealed.
It appears that in the main event Belarussian Andrei 'Pitbull' Arlovski (13-5) is going to test his prominent vampire-like mouthpiece against Josh 'Babyface Assassin' Barnett (23-5).
The event as stated previously will hit the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada which is considered a home soil for Zuffa.
In another announced fight Affliction middleweight championship belt is up for grabs and the fighters competing for it will be Vitor Belfort (17-8) and Matt Lindland (21-5).
Among the participants is the name of Renato 'Babalu' Sobral (30-7)
Tickets go on sale starting on August, 6-th.

What the fuck does that even mean? | It means if they want to have a chance at turning a profit they cant have Fedor and his 1.6 mil+ price tag on the card. I think this is a great match up and sets a legit #1 contender for the WAMMA belt if there is ever an actual title defense. Hopefully they can book Aleks v Timmy and we can see if both Emeliankos can drop his monkey ass in under a combined 2 minutes. Good headline fight if you ask me.

Yeah, this has a potential to be an excellent card. It will establish alot of credentials for the company. Also crowning a middleweight champ is a good thing. Here comes the Law.
