I'm taking GSP. He's more hungry then all challenger Hughes has ever faced, other then BJ in their first fight, and we all remember what happened there.
I don't know by what method, or what round...but I hope and see GSP taking this one.

| Hughes again
I think Hughes again beats GSP in the first round. Too much title fight experience. GSP has struggled vs good fighters lately, Hughes will take advantage and win

I'm rooting for GSP and Monson, but I don't think either one will win easily, if they win at all.

Exactly, couldn't have said it any better myself. Anyone who trys to take anything away from Hughes win or lose, is an idiot. He is one of the greatest fighters ever, and deserves respect. Maybe he won't pull this one out, but SHIT HAPPENS, when your constantly fighting the best competition your bound to lose every once in a while. That is why he deserves respect, he gives everyone their fair shot...

who has GSP struggled against?
Hughes has definately been exposed. I've said it before but I'll say it again, Hughes was lucky Trigg didn't finish him, lucky GSP wasn't as experienced as he is now and lucky that Penn had that freak rib injury.
Eventually everyones luck runs out and for Hughes it happens at UFC 65. He does have heart, strength and experience so I'm taking GSP by tko in the 4th. It's going to be an awesome fight.

It's going to be an awesome fight. | GSP did have a rough first round against Penn but he adapted and came back to win the fight, which shows what a great fighter he is; same with Matt. It looked like Trigg was going to finish him, but Hughes never gave up. Also I think Trigg is a little overrated, his choke on Hughes wasn't very tight. Then he had to kick Hughes in the groin just like he did Hallman to turn the fight in his favour. Penn claims to have injured his ribs... It would suck if Hughes beats GSP again though. About top WW contenders, why are they putting Diego against Riggs?? I don't think Diego would get ranked any higher, Riggs is good but he's only off one win. They should've done Diego vs BJ, the rising star/top contender vs recent title fight loser formula (Loiseau vs. Tanner, Swick vs. Loiseau), winner getting Hughes vs. GSP winner. Then Riggs vs. Burkman, both tough contenders coming off one win. And they have to do Kenflo vs. Melvin Guillard.
