yeah i met dean lister at ufc 57. i was living in new jersey at the time working out with a guy from renzo gracies school. but i was moving back to maryland, and i mentioned to dean that i was looking for a place to train. he told me to check out lloyd irvins school, and he gave me his number and said if i ever came out to so cal and wanted to train to give him a call.
