Default So I just met Lyoto Machida
So i'm doing my early morning treadmill crap at the Lifetime attached to the Target Center and this guy comes in with a towel over his head and I of course think nothing of it because i'm hungover and zoned out. I later look to my left and see Lyoto . ..lol


He's huge in person. ..


Needless to say thats one hell of a way to stay motivated haha. .. I haven't run that hard for that long since High School. Lyoto is all class and truly a gentleman. Says he anticipates a march/april title match if he's successful with Thiago, he picks GSP, Florian (fairly easily he stated) and Herring I was mad about two of those picks obviously. I hope he gets his due in 09. He's earned it. ..
