hughes does indeed have his plate full if he is to get past st. pierre. he and penn will eventually have a rematch that will be an awesome fight. and i do think that sanchez and karo pose a threat to the guy. karo is one bad ass guy. and i don't think that karo had such a bad fight against sanchez, i just think that diego is that good. the guy has a lot of confidence and his record proves it. matt hughes has much more strength than diego, but diego is one slippery little son of a bitch so you never know what could happen. the ww division is gonna remain exteremely competitive over the next course of the year.

I think he gets thrown a bone and fights Dennis Hallman and avenges his loss.

He then fights #1 contender, GSP, Penn, Sanchez, Parysian again before retiring as champ

hughes is gonna get dominated by gsp and that's the bottom line. i mean, everyone knows gsp is better. he handled penn, sherk, and trigg easier than hughes ever did. he made one mistake that cost him the fight. however, hughes talks trash all the time when he says, "oh i'm gonna knock him out and i want a piece of anderson silva" so finally, this is hughes on a cross

What happens when matt wins, are you gonna say oh gsp was hurt or he made a mistake or took matt to lightly, your counting out matt like he is a bitch, if he was such a bad champ how come hes been the champ for a long time, to say he only beat gsp because he made a mistake well duh when you make them you lose. If gsp wins its because he was better that night. I hate how people keep saying matt has no chance and blah this and blah that, again if he was so horrible why is he champion. That stupid ass logic about gsp beat this and that person easier dont work for shit. Penn beat matt but lost to gsp and matt beat gsp. That right there puts your little logic theroy to shit. Everyone knows you cant compare one persons win to another same goes with a loss.
