What makes JR a shit stain, and to come into a thread where no one is hating on the man. he is single handidly one of the best announcers in any business. He has such a love and passion for what he does.
I think I am going to have to claim you as the shit stain. The man said he is looking at it as a fan. Which he seems to have given a better reference to his thoughts then oh he is a shit stain.
NEG'd. for hating on JR.

LMAO, it was interesting and fairly intelligent until BJ Penn became BJ Noons. At first I thought perhaps he really meant to say that, until he said the matchup and serious money in the same sentence. Then I knew he meant Penn.
Funny. Besides that, I thought he commentary was better than many others I have read. Seemed very thought out.

I don't know who this JR guy is but if that dumb ass Goldie can refer to Wandy as the "Ice Man" and Hendo as Rampage, then I'll let him BJ Noons comment slide. He did an ok job.

I really dont think JR has room to talk about any UFC pre show work. WWE pre show is the same repetitiveness as ever. And wrestler promos as opposed to fighter interviews??? I'm taking fighter interviews any day. JR didnt like the "Harley spiel"?? How about those stupid stacker 2 commercials the wwe ran and what ever deoderant or video game was sponsering the current months pay per view. With that said I am a JR fan and think he's the 2nd best commentator in sports or entertainment right behind Joe Rogan. WAR JR being a MMA fan.

Hey, pretty good insight. He's right, maybe the reason Goldie is so goofy is that he has such a pressure to fill up ALL the space.
They should bring in Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs some more, he rules on TUF. He could do the Tale of the Tape readings, the sponsors.
Im impressed at his take. And that he's heard of KJ Noons, despite the mix-up

I think I would put JR on the top, and Rogan as the best MMA announcer. Just because JR has devoted his whole life to doing what he loves. I know Rogan loves MMA but it never has been his #1 priority. He was an actor long before he was a host and commnetator. So once doors started closing there, he stuck where he felt secure. But yes Rogan is the best MMA announcer, or atleast up there with Trigg.

I agreed with some of the things Goold Ole' JR said, and disagreed with some.
But I was kinda taken away from the article itself from the thought of the BJ Noons vs GSP dream fight actually happening. I've never heard of this BJ Noons guy,but if he's next in line to fight GSP,he's gotta be the real deal. Anyone got some more info/footage on this guy??
