|  Huerta on UFC 87 Countdown
Anyone watch the countdown on Huerta? Man, I have heard some bad child hood stories, but his takes the cake. He went through alot as a kid. He is definately fighting with some bad emotions.

Yea, I didn't like him too much until watching that countdown. I'm definitely a fan now. Anyone who can go through that and make a success for himself is a good guy in my book, contract dispute and all.

yeah man, personally i think he will be re-signed and that'll be that...i like Huerta..i wanna see him fight, Stevenson, Guillard, Sherk....shit man alot of people..

I like him too. I was a fan before but after the countdown, man you have to like him after that.

That guy has fought more tougher battles as a kid than he will ever see in the octagon. That was really sad to watch. If you didn't get the chance to see it, you need to find a way. I don't think I could ever complain about anything ever again. That's one tough mofo who deserves everything he gets. My wife was crying. She's was big fan of his already just for his looks.

Yea, he's an emotional dude. I've never seen someone cry on a countdown show before. I know how it feels to grow up in a broken home that way and deal with physical abuse. It's no picnic.

I think it was a sad situation but i still don't like the guy but definately a crazy story to bad there are parents out there that would put there kids through this kinda crap.

Ugh, i was turned off pretty quick when his trainer starts crying about him not getting any media attention previously. He was on the fuckin cover of Sports Illustrated before he even fought anyone noteworthy in the UFC. Jesus. Guida was the first fight he had that anyone had even heard of.
Sad story about his life though. I sure feel pessimistic on this, but I'd like to hear the other side of that story before blindly jumping on his bandwagon. I had a VERY VERY VERY bad childhood with some really nasty shit in it, and I know when I was looking for sympathy as a youngster I could make it look a whole lot worse. So i'm sure he had a bad childhood. but that doesn't make me a fan.
What I wish is I could see what he claims was taken out of context. Has anyone seen the full clip he says they edited?
