Note that I'm just throwing that out there as a random predicton, I know that Serra has never been submitted. But most of Hughes wins have come from submissions, so I figured I'd throw one out there. Actually if I went with my hopefull prediction, I'd go with them accidentally headbutting and the end result being a double knockout.

LOL, rep'd.

People took Hughes' comments way to seriously. The guy never said GSP was not a top P4P fighter in the world, all he said was GSP was not the number 1 P4P fighter in the world. And I am actually willing to bet the majority of this form also agrees that GSP is not the number 1 fighter in the world right now.

I disagree with Hughes calling the fight boring, but look at it from his prespective. He was a champion that finished everyone expect Sean Sherk and he thought that fight was boring. He probably found it boring that GSP couldn't put away a guy that he was clearly outclassing. Do I agree with him... no, I enjoyed the one sided ass kicking GSP gave to Fitch. I am just trying to look at it from a different point of view.

If I was GSP I would ask Matt Hughes if it was a boring fight when I (meaning GSP) kicked your ass 2 times.

I like Matt Hughes as a fighter but his mouth and arrogance is to much sometimes.

Hughes never said he thought the fight was boring. He said he left in the 3rd round. That's not the same thing.
