Even with the painkiller use, I still give Irvin props. He was the only guy that was willing to step-up and fight Anderson Silva on 5 weeks notice no less. So yea, I can give the guy a break.

and i have respect for Irvin for coming clean, and hopefully his suspension is brought down a bit because of it...but at the same time, how many of these "poor and ignorant" decisions can be made by fighters? i mean shit, if this kinda crap keeps happening, the commisions are never gunna allow these guys to ever get licensed LOL
