i really dont want to see this fight right now...i think shogun should fight someone like jardine, or maybe wilson or goran(lil cro cop)..
i think this fight is bad for both fighters, but i guess when your at the top theres no more easy fights...

Don't get me wrong i love to see big names fighting each other but both are coming off loses, Shogun hasn't fought in forever, Rampage went insane for a couple of days and is coming back what i think is very early.
Is this really the best time for these two to fight? Rampage could sell ppv's no matter who the hell he is fighting. Let them both fight lesser fighters and hopefully get a win, i'd much rather see fighters fighting when they are closer to the top of their game rather than possibly the bottom for both? | Insane logic, if you ask me. That's like... This is too good, too soon, haha. Sorry, but as a fan, I think I have one absolute right. Just one, positive, and complete right: and that's to be selfish.
A great superfight. I love both guys, and of course I'll hate to see one of them lose - But I'll love to watch. Can't wait. Fuck, I hope this happens. Hope it's slipped into that New Year's card and nothing jinx's it.
AHHh!!!! |

I kinda want UFC to hold off on this fight as well, but its better than Rampage and Wand. If Chuck is tied up with Forrest in December, why not have one of these guys fight A. Silva, if Anderson wants to fight in Dec.? Or if Chuck loses to Rashad, Chuck vs Shogun should be put together.

For Rampage losing the title might have a harder road than had he won. I mean now he has to fight either Shogun or Wand, but if he had still been champ chances are he would either fight the winner of Liddell vs. Evans which in my opinion is the easier road.

I hope Shogun kicks Rampage's head off into the crowd.
Maybe they'll make soccer kicks and stomps legal for this one card.

I like both fighters, and as much as it would hurt to see Shogun lose 2 in a row, I would rather see Rampage come out on top. I'm wondering how Rampage's training will be if he is indeed fighting Shogun. Does anyone have any info on rampage's new trainers?

I think this can be Shoguns biggest comeback. If he destroys Rampage again in the fashion he did in Pride, the casual fans will know whats up and can put him in the spotlight to be one of the feared light heavyweights coming into next year. And this will hopefully prove that Shogun wasn't himself at all that night he fought Forest. I sure hope this happens so they can headline Forest Griffen vs Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua next year. I would love to see the Forest fans cry over his beatdown. Shogun better fukin work on his cardio big time...I'm sure none of us want to see another disappointment from this young fighter. Ha Shogun vs Rampage fight in December followed up by GSP vs Bj Penn in January...can't get any better than that folks.
