I dunno about Karo's panic attack shit. I was having panic attacks before too and my doctor said i have anxiety. I never had problems eating or focusing etc.. But it did affect my sleeping, I would wake up after only a few hours and not be able to get back to sleep. Unless he was under some kind of extreme stress and anxiety I dont know how it could affect him that badly. Knowing how Karo is, id say this more of an excuse and an exaggeration of symptoms.

I hope Yoshida whoops his ass.

This is very peculiar to me. Karo seems like a very chill guy. Especially, when I met him he seemed very chill and fun loving. Didn't seem like he's the type of guy who loses focus preparing for fights. But, I'm very much looking forward to the Yoshida fight, I love Judokas and this is going to be an awesome match!

Karo Parisyan couldn’t put a finger on it, but he knew something was wrong in the months leading up to his bout with Thiago Alves last April.

Yea, his panic attacks started when Joe Silva and Dana White told him he was on the infamous chopping block if he loses his fight to Thiago Alves (just my specualtion).

He's seen all these other fighters cut from the UFC roster. My thoughts are that he tells them he's suffering from panic attacks, and they give him another chance. If he thinks his panic attacks were bad before the Alves fight, wait till he sees his next bout with panic atacks.
