| Dan Severn
For some reason i was looking at Dan Severns fight finder an this guy is a tool.
I couldn't not say anything an i am not trying to bash him.
But fuck he is 86-15-7 an he is fighting guys in their first fights.
He is robbing people imo of futures, or at least really slowing their shots down.
Dan is 54 years old still fighting.
What does everyone else think

I think hes not educated or likable enough for commentary and he has to pay the bills like the wrest of us. IMHO wrestling or coaching would be better for this guys health.

He did that to Forrest Griffin and won but look where Griffin is now. Severn has no business fighting cans or young prospects who have only had 0 to 5 professional fights.

I have no complaints, he is old, so he is fighting towards his level...which is no experience fighters, or fighters with a couple of fights. Its basically taking experience and old age vs youth and agility. Although, dude should retire!!

Doesn't bother me a bit. Besides, when a young up and comer beats him he already makes a name for himself and it can jumpstart his career a bit

What does everyone else think | So? They don't HAVE to fight him, they could fight someone else.

Calling him the fat Freddie Mercury and that he looks like Tom Selic's fat older brother. Although, I usally don't like Forrest b/c it seems to me that he is trying too hard to fill a role of class clown that has been built up for him, that did make me laugh out loud and spit out my water.

I saw him on Inside MMA a month or two ago and he's not good on the mic. If anything he sounds like he's taken a bit too many hits to the head as he's slow in respoonding to questions and such. I was suprised to see that since back then (when I'd follow him during his prowrestling days) he spoke just fine. I don't ever blame a man for earning a living but I think he should stop for his own well being.
As for hammering the nail in the coffin of young fighters career I say good. You can either be tough and bounce back and be someone worth mention in the sport or you can be a little fudgie the whale cake loving little pink bow wearing girl and just quit after one loss. If he can weed out the bitches then so be it.

Is he a sucker for fighting guys in thier early 20`s starting out, or is a 24 year old a loser because they cant beat a 50 year old man. I mean this is a 50 year old Severn. Its not like its Fedor, and there is no way a young dude cant step up.
Its the beast man! HAHA I wish i had film of the Dan beatin my ass. I would take it out at parties.
