That's my point, though. Penn is probably second to none in takedown defense, so I see him stuffing at least the majority of GSP's attempts, and he's better on his feet than GSP is.
Couple of things to think about, though: has Penn faced as strong a wrestler as GSP? Also, I don't doubt Penn's cardio very much, but this fight has a very good chance of going five rounds, and its still something to think about...GSP looked pretty fresh when the fight with Fitch ended.
