If anyone in this whole situation is a whiny bitch, it's Diaz because he isn't getting a rematch just yet. He doesn't deserve it. You give me one fact that can support your claims.....one fact. The only fact out there is that Noons isn't going to fight Diaz for scraps, Gary Shaw is a bitch, his son is a bitch, Alvarez deserves a shot, Corbbrey and Denny are cans and Nicky is crying about it.

Fact. He beat diaz via doctor stoppage at the end of the first, i repeat first round he did do well and won that round and I realize he beat diaz in that fight and has a win on his record to prove it but to say he shouldn't fight whoever the promotion puts in front him is laughable at best your a champion with a contract you agreed to, if you want the paper work for it already. Don't expect it to fall at your feet until you can negotiate your payday ask any athlete of any sport it doesn't happen.

It's not KJ's fault that XC is a piece of shit organization with only a few marketable guys. Clearly they need Diaz in big fight and it wouldn't be an issue if he didn't choose to block punches with his face. This is not KJ's issue. He fought and won. Some of the greatest champions in MMA history haven't been given instant rematches. Granted it was a cut, but he was most certainly taking a beating up to the point of the stoppage. Everyone can speculate on what would have happened had the fight gone on, but it's just that, speculation because it was in fact stopped and rightfully so. The Diaz love affair is confusing, because generally when a guy gets his ass handed to him and then talks tons of shit he's absolutely thrashed, but not so with Nick. The longer this goes on the bigger the fight will be so I doubt Nick is too concerned yet and he doesn't deserve the fight yet anyway. Neither of these guys is relevant and wouldn't be competitive in the UFC anyway. The whole thing is silly. In a few years KJ will be selling clothes in the mall and Nick will be picking up trash in an orange DOC jump suit.

I dont know much about his boxing career, but he deffinatly would be getting paid way less and would prolly not have gotten a title shot with a 1-1 record in a different org. They call him out on fighting Alvarez too.

2) Your contract was for Showtime. Diaz and Shields both signed longer deals for CBS. Nathan Diaz signed a special long term contract for Spike TV etc... This is a business not Burger King, you can't have it 'your way'.

Didnt know about the whole "Special contract", if it is true they burned him again, either way the buger king line made me smile.

1) Promoters will sue when you don't fulfill the terms of your contract, just ask Randy Couture. By the way, you are not Randy Couture and the fight world is not holding it's breath waiting to see if you will fight again.

1) It is not up to you to decide who the #1 contender is. That is EliteXC's sole discretion. Patrick Cote will soon be fighting Anderson Silva at the UFC's sole discretion. Silva is not complaining because he fights whomever they put in front of him. Silva fought Rich Franklin after wrecking him the 1st time. Serra rematched GSP his very next fight after demolishing him. Serra got paid less than GSP even though he was the Champion after the 1st fight. These men are true Champions and fight anyone. This is a concept you cannot seem to grasp

Diaz a nobody? For someone whose beat Chris Lytle, Ko'd Robbie Lawler, Finished Drew Fickett by TKO, Sub'd Josh Neer and Sub'd Gomi, I wouldnt exactly call him a nobody.You wanna call him an inconsistant fighter or maybe even a gate keepper sure, but not exactly a nobody.

BUT KJ NOONS on the other hand is 7-2, and the only W's that stand out is a cut-win over Diaz and a crazy TKO of Yves Edwards, Diaz got him beat by MILES

Do you have any clue what you talking about?? Out of Nick's 26 fights, 10 of them have been with the UFC bud, and out of those 10 fights hes lost 4 of them. So by you saying that he made his name with the UFC and without the UFC he'd be a nobody shows me that you have no clue what your talking about so I guess I answered my own question
