I agree, but you're forgetting Brock comes into a fight at 280 after his cut. Even if Randy can bulk up to 240, he will still be 40 lbs lighter.

I personally think Randy has a better shot at beating Fedor than Lesnar. Lesnar is just a bad match-up for any smaller HW. And while Randy's jits is in fact underrated, I don't think he can get into a position to sub Brock.

I actually would rather see him fight Verdum, Nog and Fedor.

Couture probably will win a boring decision against Lesnar, then come out with a good plan to win another boring fight against Mir or Big Nog, only to receive the biggest beat up in his life against fedor, probably ending with his face totally destroyed from a ferocious ground and pound.

in the last year ive keept my mouth shut, but in the last days i have read som stupied things. i think randy is a pieace of shit.. dana white let Couture back right away for a title shot, and he won by Decision (unanimous) over tim, and he has beaten gonzaga..and after that he thinks his the best in the world.. he thought he could out smart the ufc, and fight fedor.. but it all back fierd against him...do you now why he says the only fight he wants is fedor?because he nows that many many fighters in the ufc can beat him, and if i loses he will never fight fedor..fact of the matter is that randy is a good at Greco-Roman, but thats it..Professional record breakdown

Randy will lose to Lesnar and Nog and will have trouble with Mir and I think the UFC wants this so they can screw him out of a fedor fight as a repercussion to screwing them. I also think he is holding out because he has doubts he can beat any of them and knows if he loses he loses leverage in demanding Fedor.

Ya thats another thing i though about the ufc is probly signing Randy to some sort of contract where he get 500 000 and 500 000 for lesnar and nog and then ppv shares and what not and then something crazy like 2 million for fedor but he only gets that fight if he wins the first two which will be win win for the ufc in my opinion. I would say Brock and Randy will be the biggest draw of all time and whatever happens it will be good for the ufc if Brock loses its not a big deal cuz Randy is one of the best of all time and Brocks still learning if Brock wins the ufc can market him as just having beat the greatest ufc fighter of all time and ufc hall of famer Randy Couture and then they dont have to pay Randy for the Fedor fight if he. Then for Nog they can unifiy the title blah blah blah all that shit if he loses hes done and if he wins then the Fedor fight is just gonna be that much bigger and they can justify hes ridiculous 2 million payday and still have a huge payday for the UFC owners. Also before everyone freaks out i just made these #s up just a guess. So what do u guys think? also i think the ufc is counting on Brock winning

I do have my doubts but for some reason I see randy doing that damn gator roll choke on Lesner's thick neck. And as for Nog I see Randy winning. But I just don't see him beating Fedor.

how can you say his the best when he has 6 wins and 5 losses in 11 matches..if he was that good he would have a 10 wins or maybe 9 wins..his not that good..his not that good playn and simple..i think his not a top ten..maybe 12 in the world

if you read the post i said thats how the ufc will market him after as beating "one of the best all time"

I totally agree. I think Randy can beat Nog and score a decision against Lesnar but I see him having trouble against Fedor. If these 3 fights happened, I'd root for Randy each time.

If Couture could come out, and beat all three. I don't know of anyone that could argue his claim to be the greatest HW fighter. EVER.

That said, I'm not so sure he can pull it off, but I wouldn't put money against him.
