Divide Et Impera is on a distinguished road

Default Funny: UFC trying to steal a bit of Pride's thunder?

http://www.ufc.com/index.cfm?fa=event.Calendar

Check out the schedule of UFC events for 10/21, which is the same night as PFC: The Real Deal. Coincidentally, the Ultimate Knockouts marathon is on at the same time for the same duration of PFC. It seems to be a pretty sneaky way for them to try to minimize Pride's viewership for the event....

Yeah that's already come up a bunch of times here. I really don't think it will affect Prides buy rates at all. The majority of ppl who are planning on ordering the ppv are not going to change their plans for a fucking Ultimate Knockouts show.

Yeah, you can expect competition. Did you see what Vince McMahon tried to do to compete with UFC's Shamrock/Ortiz 3? He put on a 3 hour Raw the night prior, and then had a special Live WWE Diva Poker strip game at the same time as UFN.
You're going to see alot of this garbage. I bet there's gonna be 3 way wars!!!

of course the UFC is going to try and compete with Pride it's called BUSINESS and in order to have an effective BUSINESS you have to compete with the COMPETITION.

Sorry wacthing UFC reruns of the last few years Knockouts msy be good and great if your a newbi. But i have seen them all since the birth. Prides Knockouts were better and so wasn't K-1 Knockouts special they had on Dishnet years ago. Plus youtube.com says done these to death.

Sorry i'll be catching TNA Impact than the Pride Show than switching to Spike TV after that for the TNA BOUND for Glory PPV coverage in Detroit

That will be the only time this birds flicks to Spike TV, screw UFC !and WWE

Except what you realize is even though i'm a huge Pride mark. Pride is not ceven considered competition to dana white or Zuffa when it comes to the UFC in America. UFC is the domineer fight company here. It is Pride FC who is searching for a new market as they lost their promo casting giant in the EAST
