lambert looks much better at 185. he even managed to cut off some of his man boob. he still has a little slack at the bottom but... lol

Yeah, everyone looked pretty good. MacDonald always comes in shredded...I was surprised to see how big Hamill actually is, though. He looks to be just about the same height as Franklin.

Franklin doesn't look as good at 205 as he does at 185. He's going to destroy Hamill though.

He does not have to be ripped. He did not have to drop the large amount of weight to get to get to 185...he will still be a cardio machine for this weight class.
