He hasn't had many fights so I say to earn the title of "legit champion" I think he has to get the belt and defend it

Until he shows he can defend against a blackbelt bbj top tier fighter, He is just another big guy and will only go so far. Right now he on the verge of gatekeeper for the new talent and bad guy spoiler for the others. I think the ufc needs a bad guy, so its all good. At this stage in his game, hes easy prey to a real bjj guy. Even a little guy, like the guy fighting Hendo. Would catch him.

i dont think brock deserved the title shot jus yet but Im glad UFC chose to do a lesnar vs randy fight because we get to see another fight instead of waiting for the winner of mir vs nog. I think brock will win hes speed, strength, cardio and wrestling all of those things are jus unmatched in the hw division right now.

i voted yes but i see both sides cause werdum was definitly ahead of him in the title hunt and maybe even congo,then again if he goes out and destroys randy then that doesnt leave much room for arguement, so iguess im saying he didnt deserve the title shot yet but if he beats the champ then thats that i guess. then he'll have to take on nog dont know if he can handle that level of bjj

Dude, you can make the same arguement against Nog, saying he isn't the real champ till he beats Randy.

Everyone has been Kimbo bashing cause he isnt fighting top HWś and I agree. The same time Brock has been fight top notch HWs and everyone says he doesnt deserve the fight with Randy witch may be true. There is no doubt that Randy beats every HW in the UFC except maybe Nog. So if Brock beats Randy I dont know how anyone can argue that he doesnt deserve to be champ. Nog beat Tim witch Randy had allready beaten. Did Nog deserve a title shot when Hearring almost beat him?

Brock wins he will have the belt and have another chance to beat Nog or Mir to unify. Get used to it everyone BROCK is for REAL!!

I think Brock will be very scary down the road and I think he a lot further down the road then most think. That said, War Randy! Randy takes it in the third.

So, I see that a lot of people are pissed about Brock getting a title fight against Randy, saying he doesn't deserve it or isn't ready. Simple question, what if he beats Randy? Is it still bullshit he got the shot or will you finally think he's a top fighter? This is just curiosity. Personally, I think others are ahead of him in line but money talks and if he beats Randy people should start considering him a top HW.

I dont think that Brock deserved a title shot but if he beats Randy then he is the champ, theres no two ways about it. He will then try to unify the belts against Nog, which I think Brock will lose. If he beats Randy how could you say he's not the champ or it doesn't count? Unless Brock's win is controversial or a complete fluke, then he's legitmately the champ.

Nog's the champ...he'd have fought Randy if he could, but if you remember, Randy tried to walk out on his contract. All three fighters in question are under the same banner now, so none of them can make a legit claim to the undisputed belt until its unified.
