If you're referring to the knee Houston lands on Jardine while he's against the cage then you're spot on. We all know Jardine was finished anyways, and stopping the fight during such a heated moment would only soil an otherwise quality KO highlight.
i think jardine would win that fight 9times out of 10
a motivated keith jardine is unstopable
just watch the jardine liddel fight
or the griffin fight.
when jardine is on hes one of the best on the world in my opinion
To me it looked like he kind of pushed Jardine back into the cage with the knee, but it was certainly against the rules. That kind of stuff happens quite a bit though, like when Guillard freaked out and dropkicked Gabe Rudiger in the shoulder, or Robbie Lawler throwing in a few short soccer kicks at the end of the second Scott Smith fight
Wow, I never noticed it before but since it was pointed out and I was looking for it, I saw it. The knee didn't hit the shoulder neither, it looked like a head shot to me. Looks to me Houston was getting carried away with the fight and just did it out of instinct, so it seems.
Watchin this fight and Houstons recovery from the big shot Jardine caught him with I might be inclined to agree that his fight with Irvin might have been a premature stoppage.
