I just caught Overeem vs Cro-Cop fight.
Bas kept talking about Overeem weighing in 20 lbs heavier than Mirko.
Knowing Mirko usually chimes in between 220-230, it's safe to say Overeem was weighing in at 240-250.

Now here's the question.

How much fucking weight was Overeem cutting to make it to 205? I mean damn. He still looks ripped so he had to have gained at least some muscle.

Anyone know what he walks around at now or what he used to walk around at?

I dont know anything for certain but if youre asking what he walks around at now, then the answer would be, according to your numbers, 240-250. Crocop looks like he put on a little muscle so Ill say he probably weighed in around 225 or so... which would mean Overeem was about 245.

and Im assuming when Overeem was cutting to 205, he walked around 225 or 230 or so.

What I dont get is why Crocop refuses to cut to 205. He could do it with relative ease and I think that would do wonders for his career right now. It would be like a fresh new start and he would be one of the biggers LHWs

Overeem looks to be juicin, just my opinion, but he was a scrawny LHW if I can remember, now he's all "Hulk Smash"

Cro Cop definatly needs to get his game together, regardless oh the ball shots.

Could be the reason for his serge since moving to HW. Who knows but he is dominating!!

He never has tested positive, an accusing someone of that I think is unfair.

I heard him on the FNR explain now that he is training better he can't make 205. He works a lot a strength training something he wasn't doing before thats why he can't make 205.

Has he been tested since he has been fighting a HW?
I didn't know Dream tested their fighters, just my opinion, looks like he is juicing.

yeah he has, ATJ is right. When allistair fought buentello at strikeforce in California. Which means the CSAC tested him.

Cro Cop needs to drop down to LHW for sure at this point. A fight with Liddell seems to be the best way to go right now. If he stays at HW, maybe Tim Sylvia? Either way, he needs to find his balls, not sure what he got hit in since it looked like he lost them way before the fight started.

Overeem was certainly cutting a huge amount of weight to make it to 205, though he was a bit lankier a few years back. He said it did affect his stamina, and looking at how he has turned into this gigantic heavyweight wrecking machine I would have to believe it.

As for the DREAM belt, maybe they should do Overeem vs. Kharitonov III

He says he can't make 205, so just accept it.
