| I actually think he could but it remains to be seen. He's in the prime years for MMA fighters. And he's still training during all those years. But for some reason I just dont see him fighting someone with a name. Renzo Gracie had lost 3 or 4 fights in a row before getting a win over old Pat (which consisted of him haning into Pat's neck for a few mins before Pat tapped).

wow i just watched that video, he talks more shit then tito, and he knows dana isnt a fighter, and wants to have him fight thats stupid. you notice he dont call out chuck because he knows he will never beat him, so he says that stupid shit about dana knowing dana would never do it so he wouldnt have to fight chuck and look like a bitch, frank is a over rated fighter these days, tito would beat him now, and id love to watch chuck knock his teeth out, he just needs to fight someone and stop running his mouth,

i lost a lot of fuckin' respect for Frank recently
he hasnt fought anyone worth mentioning since Tito. hasnt beat anyone worth mentioning since Tito. and now he comes out talking shit about Baroni after he got divorced and lost everything, and has even said he's had to sleep in his car.
come the fuck on, that's not the actions of anyone but a puffed up retard playing off his name and his past. if he wants to say he's the best and that he's worth as much to the UFC as Chuck could be in another promotion, then he should at least be out beating good people like Lindland has been

BTW Frank way to call out Phil when he is getting divorced instead of the other 1 thousand times phil has specifically asked you to fight. He even commentated Shamrock's cesar gracie fight calling him out the whole time and Frank didnt bite. He called out Frank when Baroni fought in the UFC too... Wow, I am glad I am not the only person who thinks F. Shamrock is over-rated. He used to be a great great fighter, but he has yet to prove that he still is. I'm the 2nd comment on his new video.
