| Couture Talks On How He Plans To Counter Lesnar's Size
From MMAJunkie.com:
"I brought Josh Hendricks in. He's actually fighting on the same card against Gabe Gonzaga," Couture told MMAjunkie.com ( UFC blog for UFC news, UFC rumors, fighter interviews and event previews/recaps | MMAjunkie.com). "He's a 245-pound guy with a wrestling background -- a collegiate wrestler at Oklahoma State, my alma mater. I've got guys like Mike Whitehead and a bunch other guys that walk around 240, 250 with good, solid wrestling backgrounds. ... We've got a good crew. They're pushing me and ganging up on me. It's hard to find guys like Brock that are that size and move the way he moves."
"The more I can make a big guy like that move and make him work, and threaten to take him down ... just because he's 270 pounds doesn't mean I can't take him down. I've taken down bigger guys," Couture said. "So, I can create that threat and that fear in his mind that he's going to end up on the bottom, which is someplace he's not used to being. Those are things that I can focus on, and use speed and mobility and those things as advantages for me."

Didn't they say Coture was working with Larson too?
Either way, looks like Randy is going to be coming with one of those classic Randy gameplans, not good news for Brock.

Randy can bring in all the big guys he wants and work with everyone under the sun but I dont know if any of the guys he's mentioned have the strength, size and speed all built into one penis tattoo sporting body. I know Couture will come in with a great plan and I'll never bet against him again, this is gonna be tough though.

i hope randy wins this one, i just dont think brock deserves it yet, that being said, brock most likely walks around at 280 - 290, plus you add in the strength, and his bull rush style, its going to be a tough one, but i am pulling for randy.

No way i'm betting on this fight but there is nothing that'll stop me from watching it

These guys will definately help out his training. I mean what can you do to train for someone like Brock? There can't be many guys around that compare to him. I trust that Randy will have a very good gameplan and I can't wait to see the fight. I also hope Randy wins this.

Hopefully he takes a page out of the Hulk's book and gets blasted by gamma rays otherwise there will be no neutralizing the size so to speak. His experience will neutralize to a degree IMO.

I'm thinking he is working on submissions from the ground, and he expects to be taken down.
Also, what will be interesting, is what Brock's gameplan will be. What new moves he has learned. That is one reason Brock is a little hard to train for, the rate that he learns new things is amazing. I wouldn't mind seeing him learn some submissions myself.

Really don't know on this one hope Brock wins because I have lost a lot of respect for Randy, but a loss could be good for Brock, it might bring him back to earth and realize he has a lot to learn.
Also I'm I only one who thinks Randy's 'gameplans' get a bit over-rated, he has only beaten two guys since he came back, Timmy was an impressive win, but Gabe has hardly set the world on fire.
