| UFC 92 Supercard?
Main event:
205 lbs.: UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Forrest Griffin (16-4) vs. Rashad Evans (12-0-1)
Main card (Televised):
265 lbs.: UFC Heavyweight Champion Antonio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira (31-4-1) vs. Frank Mir (11-3)
185 lbs.: C.B. Dollaway (7-7) vs. Mike Massenzio (11-2)
205 lbs.: Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (28-7) vs. Wanderlei Silva (32-8-1)
265 lbs.: Cheick Kongo (12-4-1) vs. Mustafa Al-Turk (6-3)
Under card (May not be broadcast):
185 lbs.: Yushin Okami (21-4-1) vs. Dean Lister (11-5)
265 lbs.: Antoni Hardonk (7-4) vs. Mark Burch (9-2)
205 lbs.: Matt Hamill (4-2) Vs. Reese Andy (7-2)
170 lbs.: Ryo Chonan (15-8) vs. Brad Blackburn (12-9-1)
265 lbs.: Dan Evensen (10-3) vs. Pat Barry (3-0)
I think this is a very exciting card overall, but I would have to put Okami v Lister on the main card over CB v Massenzio. I realize that Okami is not known to be the most exciting, but if he is supposedly a contender to the middleweight title he should be on the main card. Furthermore, I would rather see Rampage and Silva in separate fights against other contenders in the division. No need for Rampage v Silva 3 imo.
My expectations for this card were probably to high as this is not the supercard I was expecting. I just wanted to post this to find out if the finalized card has met everyones expectations?

They all could have been on the main card for me. Wish UFC would just air the prelims on ppv for free to help hype up the main card.
I'm sure we will see one of those fights aired after the main event.

i wouldnt call this a ultimate card, i could see bigger fights for wand and page. and cb on the main card is a joke they could put another big fight on this card to help it out, should put silva vs okami, or put silva on the card with someone good the card isnt hypeing to be a ultimate card in my eyes. lots of good fights overall but could be better

That's usually why the really stacked cards have that one mediocre fight near the top, you don't want to burn your audience out

From 1995 through 1999 inclusive, the final UFC card of the year (which was sometimes in December and sometimes November) had the word "Ultimate" in the title.
I thought it was a very cool thing to do when I saw that this card was to be titled The Ultimate 2008.

ahhh if they would only put Anderson there against one of those 205 pounders it would be perfect.

I want to see Wandy vs Rampage 3. It's a pointless fight but its going to be damn entertaining. I just hope Rampage is getting the training he needs because Wandy has such a mental edge over him its ridiculous along the lines of Rich vs Anderson. I want Page to win, but i'm not willing to bet a sig or anything on it. Damn I can't wait for this one!

The card is solid, I'm not complaining. At least one of those fights is going to end early (i.e. Nog/Mir), so we'll probably get to see the Okami/Lister bout.
