2 things i learned from the video..
1. mma isn't quite as mainstream yet, and most importantly...
2. kimbo slice = face of mma for some casual fans

This video is great by the way, the guy asks a bunch of trail blazers if they like MMA and almost all of them shut him down

Even if you don't intend to fight MMA but compete in another sport, MMA training is one of
the best conditioning training programs you can do.
