I disagree. First they are not right in everything they said and they are not right when they say that Fedor is #1 p4p fighter same way UFC is not right to say that A. Silva is #1 p4p fighter.

I would understand that promotions are saying that Fedor is #1 HW fighter and that A. Silva is #1 MW fighter but how do you prove they are #1 p4p. What is the criteria for that? How is that BJ or GSP don't fit the criteria

The criteria would be their record, their dominance, and quite possibly a fight between the two.

For the record, Fedor is #1.

retarded comment imo. being the greatest mma fighter qualifies you as being the best fighter. boxing, sambo, etc is one dimensional. a real fight is bringing everything you've got to beat the other person. that's why it's called mma... not to see what the best is at one style, but to see who can put it all together and be the best complete fighter.

i'm sick and tired of people saying an mma fighter would lose to a boxer in boxing. of course they will, cause mma doesn't specialize in that one art. part of the reason why mma is starting to appeal to the main stream public is because mma is more relevent in a real fight where anything goes. whereas in boxing where you have to keep it standing, in a real fight such as mma you can bring it to the ground if you feel you are losing on the feet.

when in comes to a "real" fight... have fedor fight a sambo guy and yes he may lose on the ground, but he would beat the opposition in the stand up before the fight even gets to the floor. have him fight a boxer in a "real" fight and he would simply beat him on the ground. in the end when his opponent lay motionless on the ground, fedor would be the victor, warranting him as the better fighter correct?

so again... retarded comment. don't take away from fedor being the best fighter in the world.

When did Anderson "destroy" Dan Henderson? Did I watch a different fight? Henderson won round one and then got his back taken in Round 2 and got finished. He hardly got destroyed.

Fedor is probably the most dangerous person for Brock right now. His submissions are just too brutal. If Brock can build a really GREAT submission defense, it's a different story. Then again, Fedor has submitted a lot of guys with a great submission defense.

Most guys that have submission skills have the task of getting the guy to the ground. It isn't so much of a task for Fedor. His awkward punches really throw people off. Brock needs about a year to be ready for Fedor.

Maybe AA will finally figure out how to deal with Fedor's punches. With Freddie Roach coaching him, it's possible. I think Roach is still his boxing coach. Then again, theres those submissions! Damn you Fedor! What is your weakness!

Fedor needs to quit letting his "management" talk for him. It's old, its not helping anything. That's like me calling out Fedor knowing nothing will happen (thank god). Fedor, have your Yes Men shut up and just beat up whoever they put in front of you.

Tell me about it. When he got lifted up and slammed onto his head by Randleman I thought maybe, just maybe he would finally get hurt real bad. Yeah, didn't take too long before Fedor turned the fight and forced the tap.

Hopefully Arlovski will bring his A game. I'd like at least a few moments of adversity for the champ.
