They'll feel it. The UFC WW division is probably deep enough to do without Fitch/Koschek, but they are letting them go straight to the competition. Dana acts like now that EliteXC is gone he has nothing to worry about, but he either doesn't realize, or doesn't care that Dream and Affliction are legit and bolstered with very good talent(in some cases better than the UFC).
Also right now The UFC is the big show on the block, but they need to stop pissing off fighters. It might not show now, but if Zuffa keeps releasing everybody, then other orgs will build up and give fighters options on where the sign.
Someone compared the UFC to the Evil Empire(the Yankees), but that's not a fair comparison. Guys who play for the Yankees love them. It's starting to look like the UFC is the place to go to be made into a mainstream star, but everybody hates them.
