The participants in question this time are heavyweight Jimmy Ambriz and lightweight Todd Moore. Both participated in September's DREAM.6.

"As far as I'm concerned, they pretty much have stiffed us," Moore recently told MMAjunkie.com. "The fight was Sept. 23, and we're going on into [late November] and they still haven't paid. That's two months. That sucks, man."

Say what you want about the UFC but atleast they pay their fighters on time. No excuse for not paying them.

Bad management or just not able to get the funds? Is this a bad omen?

It would be nice to see DREAM doing better than this. Their last event was excellent.
