You're whacked. It's not even possible, even by today's advanced technology, to produce lazer vision. Not for at least another 100 years I think. As for arms shooting rockets, I've seen that in a movie. They could probably make those. But I doubt Dana White would allow it in the octagon. AA would definitely get banned for it. I think the chin surgery is the best and safest bet.
