I think this is false as he looked pretty normal before the match, although he did have some weird glances, and he looked ok at the start, and looked not sick even after getting his nose smashed in. Dont really by this.

Facts are Facts! Rich did not look like he wanted to fight. Rch got in there and took his licks. I dunno either way Rich is still a warrior. Same as Evan is for taking his lumps etc etc etc........

um... how is one's interpretation of a fighter's appearance a fact Donny?
If Franklin says he was ill I will consider believing it (although I'll still take it with a pinch of salt as there wasn't much evidence of it imo).
However, this source is clearly false - it he really was that ill and dehydrated that he looked like death then he would not have fought. Dana wouldn't have wanted him to either. Also, it would have been much more noticable in his appearance and movement if he was as sick as this source claims.

maybe someone is just circulating this "shitty" (pun intended) story to cover a possible excuse: all the weight cutting finally caught up to Rich and his first fight back, he had trouble cutting the last couple of days before the fight to make weight. Regardless, we'll see if Rich says anything (though I suspect he wont, and no one from his camp will say anything about it either).
