Exclamation Bringing back Legends

The UFC should have a Legends tournament like they did in the beginning. It would be great to see all of the older guys that had a hand in turning MMA into what it is now.

What the f*ck would be the point of that? Nobody's gonna pay to see some washed up has-beens.

rockernhb is a forum legendrockernhb is a forum legend

Default good idea...

Good idea, I've thought about that as well. The only thing is that I don't think they'll ever do another tournament style fight again. It would however be cool if they had like an "Ultimate Legends Fight Night" or something and have a whole pay per view of just legends fighting legends. I'd definately pay to see that...

the only legend i want to see is Frank Shamrock and he is somewhat still fighting and should be in his prime. He would kick some ass in UFC now if he was 100% focus.

Hell yes, me too. At least they'd all be somewhat on par with each other...who wouldn't pay at least a modest price to see Coleman/Abbott, or a third Gracie/Shamrock? Maybe that makes me a sentimentalist, but so be it.

We paid to see Shamrock fight good fighters in the current landscape of MMA, not old men who've been past their primes before even Jenna did her first blowjob.
