Ok, so there are 6 best p4p fighters? I'm confused....
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that AA would get ruined by Fedor, so I don't think he is a good candidate.

unfortunately the best P4P fighter jsut recently lost. BJ Penn #1 P4P. He has fought and dominated at LW, WW, and MW. His only problem is he loses focus and gets bored. Great ground game, Great standup, Awesome heart. regardless of who wins the hughes V GSP fight Bj will have the belt w/n a year. Which sucks because i want Karo to win it. Hopefully Bj goes back to 155 or 185 and dominates one of those. He could concievable win all three titles if he wanted.

Its got to be Rickson Gracie. Undefeated in mma & over 300 BJJ fights undefeated. Legendary & close to returning to mma at nearly 50 y-old.

I'm really glad I got to this topic so late. The first two I thought of were Fedor and Hughes just like the majority of this board. I guess great minds think alike?
Afro brought up Wanderlei Silva (yeah you spelled it correctly I think), I still think Liddell could take him right now. I liked your arguments, but I think if Chuck hit pretty much anyone square with a right it would drop them regardless of their jaw... sorry that was off topic I just wanted to contribute.

And I'll also have to say Fedor. He has dominated in all of his fights (besides a few in his early career). Including both Nog and Cro Cop. Not only did he dominate them but he fought them at their strongest, Nog on the ground and Cro Cop standing, and still won unanimously. And unlike most fighters, he doesn't go out their doing the same thing every fight. He goes out there and fights differently just about everytime, doing what he thinks is needed to win.

As far as the redundancy kills me, I've got to go with Fedor. Ever since I first got into MMA not too long ago, and saw the variety of ways he wins, his skills, his determination, grit, chin, athleticism, what not, I just could not believe such a fighter could be so dominant. Not to say that Hughes (my, and the consensus, #2) isn't dominant, but just look at all the scalps Fedor has on his wall. Nog. Crocop. Coleman. Randleman. Fujita. Goodridge. Babalu. Semmy. Herring. Arona. TK. Just, damn. Not to say Hughes' own scalp list isn't impressive (Trigg, GSP, Newton, Sakurai, Sherk, Charuto, and Royce), but, I dunno, Fedor is Fedor. And I primarily watch UFC.
