| Pound-for-pound, who is best MMA fighter?
Boxing always talks who is best pound-for-pound; who is MMA's best pound-for-pound fighter? I thing it's Frank Shamrock(even though he has been largely inactive).

I don't even think Frank Shamrock is top 10 in his weight class right now, let alone best p4p. He needs some bigger wins than what he has to be p4p the best. I'd go with Fedor or Matt Hughes for right now.

If Frank is still as good as he was I dont think thats a bad choice.
I go with Matt Hughes, I think the guy is ridiculously good.
But you could easily say Fedor, heavyweights tend to get ignored in these Pound 4 pound polls

Fedor, Hughes. Before the end of 2006 I'll be allowed to say Fedor and GSP, since GSP will finally erase the blemish on his record for the first Hughes fight.

| Deffinatly Hughes!!
I would have to say Matt Hughes on this one because he is great all-round and freakishly strong for a man his size....but soon to be if anyone can take Hughes it will George ST Pierre

See this is why I can respect "new" people's opinions on this forum. They're not stupid! Whitey knows what he's talking about! (why do I feel that response would fit right in on the Matt Hughes entrance music thread?)

LOL, so? It wasn't besides the obvious Fedor who's number one pound for pound. Not everyone agrees Fedor is number one pound for pound right now, but most do. I'm one of them.
