No need for it. I could tell you exactly how it would go. Frank takes him down, pushes him up to the cage, whacks him several times while Ken tries to catch his leg but to no avail while getting battered into a bloody mess. Frank KO2

Well Frank will win duh...But I don't think he will pull a Tito and push him to the cage thats not really Franks style. But I agree 100% that he would dominate Ken. Even with the weight diffrence

i love how you all rely on TUF for your info on shamrock... its quite funny... you all feel he is well a dumbass when it comes to coaching based upon the couple of minutes you see on a reality show...

now im not out here tryin to say that he is the best coach ever and will have his team dominating or anything like that... im just sayin that since he has been a fighter for his life and the fact that he has been a coach in the past, would make him better than a horrible coach... experience is quite a tool in this particular situation... the lions den was no joke back in the day...

also just bc shamrock has gotten beaten down a few times by ortiz and lost most of his final matches doesnt automatically make him a bad coach... age had a lot to do with shamrocks decline in the UFC... he got old, and also the game might have passed him by a bit but he still has some knowledge, tips, techniques, and so forth he can help pass down to other fighters... and with help from some other specialists n what not he shoud be able to be more than adequate at coaching...
