| Could the IFL become #1 Orginazation in the world?
The IFL is really blowing up. I can see them become really big. They've blown up to 12 teams. Expanding all over the world. Just wait until they have a BRazilian Team or 2. They are going to have a grand prix in each division, to have champs for each weight class (genious on their part) And they want to have shows in each of the cities (or areas) that they have teams. UFC has neglected us here on the east coast for 2 years. any fighter that i've heard does nothing but sing the preases of how well they are treated, and that they don't want to leave. UFC needs to watch out for these guys as much or more than they do Pride in the years to come.
I love Pride and as of now they are the best, They have the best fighters, rules and shows. But with all the sucsess they've had, they have no tv deal in japan and a shitty one in the us. they may not be here in 2 years.

Personally I just don't see the league thing working out too well. The team aspect of it loses a lot of appeal.
I think it would suck to have your favorite fighter ona shitty team where if he wins and the rest of the team loses...they lose.
Also I really dislike the standard boxing ring.
It just seems amateur to me.

Yeh, it wont do better than Pride or UFC. First of all, their a lot of cans IMO on some of the teams. And a team is only as good as the players.

Unless they get more top guys on the teams it wont get bigger than ufc or pride. I just dont want to spend $39.95 to see those team fights.

IFL is gonna be big, but to topple UFC is whole other story. i just don't see it happening. IFL could become the biggest of the smaller promotions, and i think its almost there(look out KOTC). what IFL really needs to work on now is getting FSN to show their fights live the night they happen.
