| Will we see Gracie back in the UFC? Who would he fight?
Do you think we will see Royce Gracie fight in the UFC. If so when do you think you will see him again? Do you think it should be a full MMA match or just a grapple match.? Who would you like to see him fight in a MMA match in the UFC? Who do you think he could beat in the UFC? Is it time for Royce to call it quits, or should he give it another go in the UFC.
I feel that it would be great to see him fight again. I would like to see more of a even match this time, I would love to see Gracie's skill really at work again, not him just getting KO'd again. The great thing about MMA is that there are many different levels of talent and it would be able to match Gracie up with an opponent that would give him a go without totally dominating him. Maybe a legends match, Gracie vs Abbot? Or Gracie vs Couture (Very Stiff Challenge for Gracie, but would love to see it.)

Gimme a f*ckin' break! That poor stick insect looking slow as sh*t, no power or strength having, weak as f*ck old man couldn't even beat a heavy bag. Let the man enjoy the fruits of his success. No need to see the old man get humiliated and killed again. It was really bad the first time.

The macthup needs to be right and YES, I would be interested in seeing Royce return the the UFC again.

i think there's a lot of welterweights or middleweight in UFC royce could beat, but he's not going to fight anyone that isn't on top of the food chain and i'm pretty sure everyone there, hughes gsp penn karo and diego, would crush him. i wouldn't mind seeing him fight frank shamrock in a strikeforce show and wouldn't be surprised if it happened. that'd be GREAT for strikeforce

I second that and the entire Gracie family would thrid that notion.
Then the entire mmanews board would be all for it as well.
KO has beyond worn out his welcome here IMO.

He costs too much, and he doesn't really match up well with anyone. Their money is better spent on younger fighters (ie. the ones making 2K/fight could use a raise... wink wink, nudge nudge). Yeah, besides, now that he's had the hell clobbered out of him by Hughes, that mystique is gone. I didn't like seeing Ortiz kill Shamrock the second or third times either. ... those fights just didn't need to happen.
Gracie would make one hell of an IFL coach. I look at coaching there... bigger reward/accomplishment/statement than the UFC hall of fame. (Maybe I'm going a little overboard with that point...)

(Maybe I'm going a little overboard with that point...) | Correction, their money is better NOT spent as young fighters cost them $3,000 per fight so the less they spend and the more you buy, the more money they have.
That is the sole reason they have not received a penny from me ever since UFC 64 (I think, the 3rd AA vs Sylvia fight, after that PPV, I was done with them until they bring in better fight cards).
And I don;t want competitive fight cards with no name undercards. I want competitive fight cards with skilled well known undercard fighters, otherwise PRIDE gets my $40.00 and I just spend the other $40.00 I would've spent on the UFC PPV and purchase 2 PRIDE DVD's from BestBuy.
