I liked the 1st fight better, they were trading dominant rounds and were both on the verge of defeat.

I just love watching 2 highly skilled fighters clash in an epic battle, it doesn't get any better than that.

Severn v. Taktarov 1 definitly gets #1 after several knees to the face Severn breaks Taktarov's faceplate and continues to pound away... Taktarov was all heart though when the ref stopped the fight he was saying he was fine and could continue to fight. They fought again later and I believe Taktarov sub'd Severn rather quickly and said he promised his mother ho would not get hurt so he had to finish him quickly. Sadly after the knees the scar tissue aroud Taktarov's eyes would start to bleed after one or two punches.

diego vs karo was awesome. i also like karo vs diaz and diaz vs diego and pretty much goes in a circle of all of these 3 guys's fights that were close decisions lol. except for diegos fights there not all that great imo.

Nice! That was in my top picks on the last thread like this one, it just slipped my mind this time around.

It was brutal, you can see the one knee that openes him immediately also. Taktarov is holding Severn's right knee guard and Severn just drops his knee and all of his weight to the floor and it opens up Taktarov's face nastily.

That was a beating Taktarov took, he did comeback like you said and sub Severn, that was the UFC championship that he won.

He was also in a movie called "15 Minutes" with Robert DeNiro, Oleg is the photagrapher, it is a great movie.
