I think I read somewhere a while ago that Couture said the only thing for sure that would bring him out of retirement is if somehow it could be put together for him to fight Vanderlei Silva.

It'll never happen though. Even under those circumstances, Randy only has maybe a year or two for it to happen before even he himself should realize he's too old to jump back in and fight the top dog. Especially when he will have been out of action that long by that time.

That would be stupid for Randy to even consider if its true to fight Silva, he beats up old people for fun. Besides Silva fights good fighters Randy gets KOd by good fighters lately Chuck and Chuck.

I think Randy's loss to Chuck should have no impact on the fact that he he could beat Silva, Silva is not Chuck Liddell. I see Randy beating him rather cleanly, Silvas style fits into Randy's game.

What the fuck makes you think randy could ever beat silva

The fight could go either way in my opinion.

If Randy can impose his will, I give it to Randy hands down. I don't see Wandy having nearly the KO power that Chuck has. Sure his ground and pound is the best in the game IMO, however, I don't see Wandy being able to get him there. I think Randy could take him down pretty easily and do what he did to Tito and Chuck (well the first time anyways).

However....

If Wandy can effectively strike and take Randy down, Couture would be in serious trouble. If Randy also isn't in tip top shape Wandy could take him out.

I'd give it to Randy but that's just me.

Wand is all around better fighter than Chuck Im not sure but I heard he recently may have a black belt in BJJ, correct me if im wrong

that is crazy does anyone even remember chuck getting KO ed by rampage and who ko ed rampage, Umm i think it was WAND. randy vs. wand not even a fight. I would rather see a rematch between chuck and wand
