The scoring was wierd in the fight realy they each had a 10-9 9-10 and the last round diego looked real sharp for 2 1/2 minutes of the round. that fight was really a 3 sided cointoss karo/diego/draw. i am partial to karo though and think he should have taken the fight in a 10pt must system.

something else i thought was very funny and i hadn't picked up on it before. But was Joe Fertulli in Bonner's corner??

I jsut rewatched Miller vs GSP and the 1st round was scored 10-9 GSP. ANd it easily could have been a 10-8 round especially compared to Diego's 3rd round.

i just watched Karo/Diego...and in my opinion, the only round Diego clearly won was rd 3. i gave Karo rd 2 clearly to Karo and even though he was getting beat up early, i still gave rd 1 to Karo cuz he took Diego down more with a few judo throws and controlled more. i guess some people could rate rd 3 10-8 Diego, but then the fight would have been a draw. who ever scored it 30-26 needs to be fired!

The beginning of the first round of this fight has puzzled me for some time. During the first round Karo says something to John McCarthy. I think Karo’s on his back and looks at Big John. I think Karo was asking him about his eye. I think he felt his eye was poked out or something – I don’t know. Big John tells him he can’t help him.

Does any one know what Karo was asking Big John??????

Thanks Dano, I just watched this fight for the firts time. Karo definitely won the first round and I will even give the second round to Karo. Karo took him down couple of times and even slammed him once. Diego didn't even take him down once. Karo rolled into the guard position for Diego. Diego won the third obviously but it could have gone either way.

Once again, Diego showed me NOTHING. I dont understand what people see in this guy. He's just a boring GnP guy and he's not even a good GnP guy. He just doesn't impress me. Only thing impresses me is his cardio.

i donno man, the guy is extermely quick. the way he reverses some of the take downs is amazing...imo. he is like a snake man, it seems like he can get outta anything on the ground. he does have good gnp, but i think that he will suprise people with his standup in his next coming fights. look @ what he did to karo's face.

and though many feel the fight could have gone either way aside from a dominating 3rd round that diego had.....i think that almost everyone thought that sanchez was gonna get destoyed in that fight. gotta give em props, he fought a well fight to an awesome fighter.

Some of you guys on here are fuckin idiots. I said it on page 2 and I'll say it again. Diego won that fight, period. A couple of cool looking judo throws does not win you the round, Diego CLEARLY did more damage in that first round ( just look at there fuckin faces ). I have watched this fight almost a 100 times on my DVR since August. First impressions of the fight, It did look like Karo could have won the 1st round because of how vicious them throws looked ( and that is what stuck in my mind also ), But after watching it again Diego won that round, it was close but Diego won it. Round 2 went to Karo and round 3 Diego demolished him. Karo gassed, that was his downfall, end of fight. That 30-26, that judge needs to be shot...

who's the idiot? his throws looking "viscious" has nothing to do with it you ass clown. it's the fact that Karo controlled Diego for more of the round. you say that the damage to Karo's face make a difference? then if that's the case BJ should have won the fight with GSP...but they don't base judging off of damage now do they? Rd 1 could have gone either way (still should have been Karo based on Octogan control), Rd 2 was all Karo and Rd 3 was clearly Diego. get your head out of your ass before calling people idiots in here.
