No one should be surprised. And this makes Pride look bad cuz like it or not there are many more juicers than Randleman.

This doesn't make Pride look bad imo.
Why?
Because UFC fighters are the same. Only difference is that Zuffa are rather friendly with the NSAC. This is illustrated by the fact that the NSAC undertook nearly 150% the normal UFC number of tests for Real Deal. Also, I think that information is shared with Zuffa regarding when the fighters will be tested - but that is pure speculation.
It does show that the Pride fighters are a bit stupid though for not cleaning out, or using real urine (durr)

You would think for the first american show pride wouild've made sure its fighters were clean....like it or not this is bad for prides image stateside.

They took more tests because of reputation in my opinion, and a lot of that stems from how PRIDE conducts the same drug screening process for similar shows in Japan. And there's no bias there, 3 have already come up bad, so they were smart in doing so. UFC is completely random and there's very few instances where something comes up - and usually when it does it's a lot more public than these 3 have been.
P.S. - laughed a lot at MMAWeekly Randleman pic on page one.

Fair enough, but I still have my suspicions. Regardless, I can't wait to hear his excuse:
"Well, I was given these injections to help heal from my surgery, and had no idea they contained a controlled substance. Before I know it, I'm being blackmailed by Yakuza into pressure filling my bladder with applejuice!"

You never know with Randleman. He could straight up come out and say he took steroids to try and beat Shogun or he could say almost exactly what you just said - minus the Yakuza apple-juice part.
