I think that vince getting involved in MMA is tarnishes the sport and will make it less creditable in the US.
His money would be good for fighters and i'm sure the show's would be world class.
If he adds wierd rules and gimicks like the XFL it will not last.
this could bring the sport even further away from unifying the belts and having a true ranking system. of course if they blow everyone else out of the water it will solve all the problems in one foul swoop.
vince STAY AWAY FROM MMA. go play in the land of make believe you've become the king of.

monty is his agent..... the contract was pre TUF and made well be for he was champ.. and if you listen to his interview on sherdog (you can get it free on itunes) he talks about how it was a great contract at the time that all parties were very happy with.

You have to remember that the pay scales have jumped up alot in just a year. About a year and a half ago, if your name wasn't Liddell, Couture, or Ortiz you weren't getting paid a whole lot in the UFC.

You know what the great thing would be about Vince going into MMA? Vince might play an angle where UFC fighters INVADE the WWE. That'd be f*cking crazy man! The ratings would blow up the world! You got HHH ready to pin Randy Orton on Raw, when all of a sudden Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz jump in the ring from the crowd and start pummelling HHH, causing a DQ. And then HBK superkicks Tito Ortiz out of the ring, and Chuck Liddell comes up from behind HBK and gives him the patented CHUCKABOMB!!!! And lays HBK out. Then the Undertaker and Kane run out and double team Chuck Liddell, and then Jeff Monson and Andrei Arlovski jump in and start fighting with Kane and Undertaker and they fight all the way into the crowd, while Jim Ross is yelling "ALL HELL HAS BROKEN LOOSE HERE ON RAW!!!!
Ratings would jump several percent!
