LOL | NSAC released the payscale for fighters who fought at Pride Real Deal in Vegas. Fedor made $100,000. Not good enough IMO.

Puder is pretty good as a pro wrestler. He was kinda funny in some of those skits. They shoulda used him as a whipping boy for other wrestlers instead of just cutting him that quickly.

Listen guys if you ever have done "real wrestling" like greco or freestyle you kind of just hate pro scripted wreslting and wonder what people see in it. It is nothing personal...
Being a real wrestler, I just find pro-fondling silly and they are really actors on a stage. I am not saying that some aren't great atheletes I am just saying it is a stage and is a disgrace to the label "Wrestling".
Hendo is an Olympic wrestler...you don't think he has put his body through a lot? I would venture that he has probably gotten up at 5:00 AM and ran 13 miles a lot more than any Pro-Fondler has.
I am just suprised at the ammount of Pro-Wrestling fans we have here in a MMA forum. I am cool with it, but seriously guys to say they even get close to putting their bodies through punishment that an Olympic Wrestler has, is just insane.
Yes they make more money, which has nothing to do with being a real wrestler.

Actually IMO a pro wrestler does put there body through more. Anyone that gets bodyslammed by a 500 lb Big Show, and then picks up said 500lb Big Show repeatedly several times a week and jumps from the turnbuckle to do a Shootingstar Press and screws up and lands on his head(a position I dont think a amatuer wrestler experiences, or at least I never did in my freshman and sophmore year) gets my respect for being a idiot for my entertainment(or my 6 yr old nephew as is more the case). The point is that Roman-Greco, Freestyle wrestling is physically harder(endurance, athletic ability, and skill) however the wear and tear on the human body from pro wrestling is the reason most older wrestlers have trouble moving, look at wrestlers such as Terry Funk, Jake the Snake, Ravishing Rick Rude. All wrestlers from when I was a kid that have very limited mobility today. Wrestling is acting, however rather high impact acting IMO. Dont get me wrong I do not think Pro Wrestling is harder then MMA, its scripted there is no chance or choice invlolved. It is most comparable to a really ugly dance routine between two really ugly guys. Not much for grace or style generally, but damn that looks like it hurts!

Anyways I agree, prowrestling does take a bigger toll on the body in the long run then greco/freestyle wrestling just simply because they are doing crazy ass shit 5-6 nights a week for years.
Puder needs to be more active in MMA before anyone can truely judge him as a fighter.
