Jackson's Submission Fighting is one of the better camps in the US IMO. They have a very solid team with fighters like Diego Sanchez, Nathan Marquardt, Rashad Evans, Keith Jardine, Joey Villasenor, Dan Christison, Sam Nest, and Brian Schall.
As far as Jackson breaking away to start his own system, alot of guys do that. His styles definitely work, none of his fighters have a losing record.

Horn is a prime example. Another good example is when Mario Sperry and Murilo Bustamante left Carlson Gracie to start of BTT. That move seemed to work out for them very well.
