oh this is so perfect. And people said i was nuts to say tim was irrelevant.
I was going to go ride the big "X" roller coaster in Magic Mountain, but i think it's probably faster just to ride Timmy's HW ranking. The only problem is, it won't recover

let me start by saying i am not a Tim Sylvia fan and My Backgroung is in boxing but This video was very misleading... Timmay went in and they both fained punches then Timmay low kicked Ray across the legs and Ray Dropped his hands as if to say what the fuck. Well they went back in and thats where the video picks up... and yes he got knocked the fuck out. so i have to give Tim a little more credit than this is giving him. im sure after the kick he was thrown off a little and just charged in... Anyway Jeremy Horn schooled the guy he fought and he is a genuinely nice guy. got to talk to him for a few. oh and butterbeans son got his ass handed to him...

Just goes to show that being more versatile doesnt equal a win. This is why I wont say an MMA fighter will automatically beat a boxer. Damn im tired of saying I told you so but anyways heres the video (sorry if its already posted).

If an MMA fighter with average standup (all Sylvia has is a 10-foot jab) fights a great boxer and chooses to stay on the feet, it's pretty sure he is going to lose.
If Mir, or Nogueira, or Fedor, or many of the top 10 HWs in the world had fought Mercer in MMA, they would have annihilated him. Take him down and tap him out.

Jesus. I could care less if Timmay got his head torn off, the worst part of this is going to be all the trolls and wannabes that are going to come out of the woodwork talkin about how boxing is superior to mma or how often Sylvia v Mercer will be used as the fuckin justification for such a statements.
