What guys would that be ? The ones in the poll? uhhh No!

And everyone that's saying that the HOF is for an exclusive number of fighters, has to understand that when the UFC decided to have a HOF back on their ten year aniversery, they knew that a whole new fan base were moving in. Espcially with the soon to be announce fight with Tito and Chuck, so they wanted to let people know some history on the company and inducted Royce and Ken.

Donny, I think lidell316's question was in regards to my first post on this tread. He was asking if I knew that the guys I was saying deserved to be in the hall of fame (Royce, Shamrock, Severn) were already in it. To answers his question, yes I know, I watched the show when they were inducted a couple of years ago. My point wasn't that they should NOW be inducted into the Hall, it was that they deserve HAVING BEEN inducted, they earned it. My post was in response to kowarrior's who said no one deserved to be in the hall of fame at this point.

THat sounds right, i agree. There's many pioneer's in other sports that were inducted so i dont see why the UFC or MMA for that matter would be any different.

Mark Coleman deserves to go in once he retires. It looks like the criteria for the HOF in its early stages is for pioneers. Gracie is to BJJ in MMA as Coleman is to GNP in MMA. These guys are inovators and opened avenues for other fighters.

Bobcat1 has a little shameless behaviour in the past

Default Shamrock

Gracie Jujitsu Guy:

I hear everything your saying about Shamrock, but, in my opinion, a Hall of Famer should be one to overcome adversity. In each of the instances you mention, Ken was posed with a challenge, and he took the easy way out. Just imagine what Randy Couture would have done in each of those instances, and draw your own conclusions.
