Lowki is some dude that has a deformed head, he looks like he is mentally retarded, he also fucked up a few times by actually kicking someone in the head. Kahli is some stiff they brought in to fight the undertaker, he has just as much ability as Giant Silva.

Exclamation

Its sad to me, I like watching both even though MMA is wwwaaayyy more exciting. No politics to play into the finish there. Plus its real and anyone could win. Well not anyone but you get what I mean.

What the wrestling marks on that site don't realize is that every wrestler in the WWE carries a SAG card and it is all scripted and most of it is rehearsed.

Don't get me wrong...pro wrestlers are some very tough SOB's...and what they do does take a lot of skill and agility...and they travel constantly, work their butts off in the ring, and are always working through an injury of some kind.

But no way do they have even the minimal skills required to compete in any serious MMA bout. They would get their butts handed to them in a few brutal moments by most of today's MMA competitors.

But just to be fair...what MMA athlete would be worth anything as a pro wrestler...without some serious training?

There are obviously two entirelly different sets of skills required to do either...and trying to compare them is like a woman with no nipples..it's pretty pointless....lol

What a bunch of tools!

The Freak and I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. That's some funny stuff over there. It really seems like that fe4tw was someone from this board just playing 'devil's advocate'.

Later.

I have to say the discussion over there is pretty funny. I know some of the wrestlers they are talking about and those guys have no concept what so ever as to what MMA is all about.

But on another note, I have to say the people taking shots at Angle really have no idea what they are talking about. If he went into MMA right after he won gold, he would have dominated MMA. With some cross-training I dont think there is a fighter that could have possibly stood up to him. Everyone here thinks Hughes and Corture are such great wrestlers. But to be honest niether of them would even score a point on Angle in a wrestling match today. None the less 10 years ago. Angle is considered by many to be one of the greatest American Wrestlers of all time. Right up there with Gable and Smith. I believe he was recently voted by USA Wrestling the greatest Freestyle Wrestler ever. If he came to MMA back in '97, there isnt a LHW or HW that would have slowed him down.

Angle before he got messed up from wrestling would have had a ton of potential in MMA with the right crosstraining. He actually considered MMA before he did prowrestling but he didn't like getting hit in the face, so he picked wrestling instead.
