Would be nice to see Randy vs. CC... As originally hoped for in his first debut.

I personally much rather see Cro Cop in the UFC then DREAM, theres plenty of good fights and I think him fighting Couture or Nogueira would be a great start.

Personally if he is being guaranteed a title shot, assuming the rumor of his return is true, then this is what I would like to see:
1st bout would be to avenge GG loss. This would do a lot to repair some of the damage of ending up on another guys highlight reel, especially to the more casual fans.
Then, we get a high caliber match-up that everyone can enjoy and appreciate. I think Randy or Nog is a good idea would be a definite notch in the belt and legitimize the previous hype and extend his reputation again to the casual fans. I would even like that he gets the loser of UFC100 HW title fight. Whether its Mir or Lesnar he gets a chance to prove himself with a champ or they get to get back in immediate contention.
Lastly, is of course his title shot against the current champ.
With all of that being said, I am of course, basing this on IF he returns and he would of course have to win those fights. I thought that might go without saying but you know how it is around here sometimes. Also, the reason I keep bringing up the casual fan aspect is that the hardcore fans like us already have an appreciation of him and his talents, but they don't. And if he is ever to gain the respect he deserves here in the U.S. and make money for the UFC they have to make him a powerhouse with the average fan. That's where their future lies. Making new stars and keeping those casual fans and turning them into message board ranting lunatics like the rest of us.

Things are looking up. Mirko staying with the UFC and fighting some of the big names in the HW division is just what I want to see. Hopefully the DREAM talk was just a way to get the UFC to up the ante. After all, they know how valuable a competitive Cro-Cop really is.

I dont know about Mirko... I doubt he could take on the top UFC heavyweights
the cage is so much more different that I just dont see him beating carwin or cain. He ran away because he knew he couldnt take on the top guys. I like cro cop but he's done for

One thing I will say. If and when Cro Cop comes back, he better choose his fights wisely. Their are alot of HWs I think he would beat, and alot that would ruin him. He could beat Randy or Nog, I have no qualms about that. But I think Brock would beat him. Now before the hate comes, I think it would be alot like the heath fight. I would like to see a GG rematch, but not before a Kongo rematch, because I think GG would sub him this time around.
