| Why would the UFC oppose their fighters being in the EA game?
The UFC loves promotion and exposure. This is a bit out of character. I mean, unless it's a conflict of interest with their partner THQ then I understand. If it is not impending on their deal with THQ then I think they should allow UFC fighters to be in the game. I mean, where else can we see these interorganizational fights? certaintly not in real life. SO please Dana let the UFC fighters be in the game. It really wont hurt your product.

I see it as more of the EA vs. THQ than anything. And who knows, maybe EA is requiring fighters to sign contracts to be exclusive to their game. This would in effect "ban" them from being in the UFC game. Just a what if. We'll probably never know if this was a rumor or not and if it is true what the reasons are. But I would have to say it's more of the partnership with THQ than anything, just my opinion.

Because it would directly influence the sales of their UFC undisputed game being as it is the only game with the rights to fighters in the UFC... I'm 100% sure that a contract was drafted and signed by UFC giving THQ exclusive rights for this purpose it would be stupid if they did'int... Basically, UFC get's money per Undisputed copies sold, if their fighters are licensed to other gaming companies to be used it would be contradictory to the whole purpose of the game: UFC (TM) Undisputed because you could find the fighters on games other than that one.

Because they have their own game. UFC fighters are exclusive to UFC and that's what they promote. If you want UFC fighters, you must purchase the UFC game. Basic business.

Of course they will. I just think it undercuts THQ.
BUT I think it's silly because other gaming companies both share sports like MLB, NBA etc. I just blame Dana for being a control freak.
2k sports and ea share games.

I'm actually loving how people are getting so ballistic over this. It isn't even "confirmed" that any of it true, yet, he we are. Well, not we, technically, but you know. Also, Pavia is a tool.
There's a CAF ( Create-A-Fighter) option on UFC Undisputed. Just throwing that out there, mainly because the theory " I mean, where else can we see these interorganizational fights? , are quite abundant. That certainly boggled my mind, though.

All most want is fedor and randy, there are formulas on line to make most fighters out there.so i really dont need to spend 60 bucks on another game.
