| Fedor/Nogueira in an MMA endurance match
they never did an endurnance match in MMA and probably never will. But I think this would be awesome if they did something like this. Have one of the top MMA fighters for a weightclass such as Fedor or Nogueira for Heavyweights and let him fight 3 unskilled fighters, one after another. Those 3 unskilled fighters could be just street brawlers or just MMA fighters with limited skills in martial arts, such as Tank Abbott.
The rules would be that Fedor or Nogueira have to defeat each of those 3 brawlers. Nothing can end in decision. And right after he finishes off one, the other comes in immediately and fights. But there will be no cheap shots between fights. So, for example, Nog submits the first opponent, he has to get up right away back in his corner, and the other guy gets ready, then they fight. This would be my endurance fight i'd want to see:
Nogueira VS Tank Abbott, Kimbo Slice and Scott Ferrozzo.
I chose 3 because they have like no skill. Pretty much just brawlers. If i put in a guy like Gary Goodridge or Bob Sapp, it would be kind of unfair. They are decent fighters. At least Pride/UFC midcarders.
What do you guys think would happen if Nog fought Tank, Kimbo and Ferrozzo?? Ferrozzo could start the fight and keep Nog in the ring for about 2 or 3 minutes, then Kimbo will try to do damage by punching NOg in the head, then get submitted, then Tank will finish him off with his KO power

It's just plain . . . wrong to put unskilled people up against the best, or unskilled people against moderately skilled people.
Hinkle whooped the crap out of Gannon. Throwing 3 guys at Fedor and Nog would just be a massacre.

If let's say this does happen, Nog will have the better chance of winning.
if Nog takes all the unskilled fighters to the ground, he'll save enough energy to defeat them one after another.
Fedor on the other hand usually doesn't go straight for the submission.
I dunno, i really cant say. Depends on Nog's and Fedor's strategy during the fight.

As much as I love Nog Fedor has his number. So matter what you do Fedor will win.

I mean someone who wasted 2 minutes fighting against a fresh guy could make a difference. Not only that, but the damage he takes then fights the next guy. I'd think that Tank and those brawlers would have a 50/50 chance to win

I wouldn't give Tank a snowballs chance in hell against Fedor really, even with his hand power. I don't see a guy like Kimbo lasting two minutes with Fedor or Nog. I feel they are skilled enough to dispatch of the other guys with little trouble.
